I’m Kristyn
Kristyn Koegel is the founder of ALL H.E.A.R.T.™ and published author of her first book, Two Roads One H.E.A.R.T. She is on a mission to share her story and her ALL H.E.A.R.T.™ strategies through future workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements.
She resides in Mebane, NC, where she is also a piano teacher, personal/ group fitness trainer, as well as praise team musician at First Baptist Church of Mebane. She has a beautiful cat named Nan Nan and shares custody with the loves of her life, her two sons, Samson and Benji.
